About Aziza Bailey

Compassionate, engaging, inspiring . . .  Aziza Bailey, strengthens lives, cultivates change and promotes God’s love through her writing and speaking engagements.  After going through pandemonium to purpose in her own life, Aziza serves as a voice of empowerment by encouraging women and teens to live a life of purposed steps.  As a sought after coach and facilitator, she has a long history of helping people maximize their personal potential. This experience strengthens her ability to engage people in a life-changing and compassionate way.

Aziza’s style of writing uses relatable issues that minister to her readers in a life changing and compassionate way.  She writes with the aspiration of spreading the unconditional love of God.  Her writing aims to ultimately restore women to God’s blessings.  Additionally, she is the author of the Purposed Princess Blog, which began as a grassroots effort and has a rapidly growing readership.  The biweekly blog articles cover faith-based topics that facilitate career and personal success.

For nearly 15 years, Aziza has worked for various companies as a human resources leader.  She uses this experience and her certified career development training to be the catalyst for individuals to establish and execute their personal performance goals. Her credentials include:

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification
• Mediation and conflict resolution training

Aziza’s unique gift is her passion and commitment to encourage individuals to employ purposed living.  Aziza Bailey provides unique tools and services that you will not find anywhere else.  When she’s not speaking, coaching, or working on a book project, Aziza remains busy by volunteering at her church and with non-profit organizations.  Aziza is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Career Development Association and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  She is actively working toward completing her first comprehensive writing project, which is one of several Inspirational non-fiction books, the Purposed Princess Series. She is a devoted wife who resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
