Remember the childhood game called Follow the Leader most of us played in elementary school. Somehow the slightly older or wiser girls were always initially chosen to be the leaders or “head of the line”, and then other girls would line up behind and mimic everything that the leader would say or do. Any player that messed up was automatically out of the game and the last participating player became the new leader.
The newly appointed leader diligently followed, which resulted in winning the game. Are you consistent with following God? Does everything you touch prosper? Your touch can become Midas if you trust God and allow Him to completely guide your actions.
Lord, I surrender myself to You completely. I will ignore my logic and allow myself to be submerged under Your perfect guidance. I will learn to not question Your direction or even wonder about the results. I have faith that once situations are placed in Your hands, You bless the outcome. In Jesus’ name and authority I pray, Amen.
God wants you to follow where He is leading you. He wants you to trust Him without limits as freehearted as the little girl that plays the well-known childhood game.
